Spa Policies

Appointments: While we can occasionally accommodate walk-ins, appointments are recommended to reserve your preferred time. If this is your first visit to our day spa, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a new client form.

Cancellations/Late Arrivals: Because spa time is reserved just for you, please notify us 24 hours in advance should you need to change or cancel your appointment. If you are running late, a phone call is appreciated.

Children: Our spa is not set up to accommodate young children. In the interest of their safety and your sanity, please make other arrangements for them so that you may enjoy the time you spend with us. If you would like us to perform a service on a young child, please call and consult with us before booking an appointment.

Cell Phone/Pagers: To maximize your tranquil experience at our spa, we ask that you turn off your cell phone and/or pager before entering the day spa.

Gift Certificates: We have gift certificates available in any denomination for any occasion. We would be glad to mail your gift certificate to you or your recipient if that would be more convenient for you.

Gratuities: Your referrals and recommendations are our best tips. If you would like to leave a gratuity in appreciation for outstanding service, you may do so with the technician who performed your service.

Payment: We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, debit cards and Stepping Stones Gift Certificates.

Pets: Oregon State Health regulations do not allow animals in the day spa with the exception of service animals.

Special Requests/Occasions: We will gladly work with you if you have a special request or a special occasion. We can arrange for flowers, chocolates, wine or champagne to be waiting at the spa for that unexpected personal touch from you! Or if you would like to have spa services performed for a group, please call us and let’s start planning!

Our day spa proudly serves SW Portland, Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin, Metzger, Lake Oswego, Multnomah Village, Garden Home, Aloha, Durham, Sherwood and other surrounding areas!
